When he’s not obsessing over business strategy, he spends his time with his family, his church, fly fishing, hunting, and reading books.
Austin Davco - Partner and Cofounder
Austin has a background in digital marketing and analytics working for international nonprofits and fortune 500 companies. He enjoys solving complex problems and helping companies to better understand their customers.
Austin enjoys cycling, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Wade Moter - Partner
Wade Moter is a CPA with a background in public accounting where he specialized in business structure and formation. He has worked with large international companies in many industries. His experience has positioned him to help businesses capitalize on a wide variety of opportunities.
When he’s not solving financial, operational, or structural problems, he enjoys hiking, camping, hunting, and spending time with his wife, five kids, and three dogs.

With a big-picture mindset and a keen eye for detail, she can spot problems before they ever become one. She drives internal alignment with creative solutions to complex problems.
