Last updated October 2026.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Mast Strategy Ltd, doing business as Mast Strategy ("Mast," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit maststrategy.com, contact us, book a call, subscribe to our emails, or work with us.

Effective date: 10/9/26. Last updated: 10/9/26.
Scope. This policy covers our website and our own business communications. Work we do for clients, including client data we handle on their behalf, is governed by our written agreement with that client, not by this policy. We do not sell personal information.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Contact form: name, email, organization, title, phone (if provided), and your message.
- Booking a call: name, email, and any notes you add, collected through our scheduling tool.
- Email, phone, or text: whatever you share, plus your contact details.
- Newsletter signup: your email address.
- Working with us: business contact details, billing details, and project information needed to deliver services.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our servers and service providers receive technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies to track you across sites (we use Umami).
Information from other sources. Business contact information (name, work email, job title, employer) from public sources, such as LinkedIn or an organization's website, and from lead-data providers, which we use for business-to-business outreach and to prepare for conversations.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the site, and ask that you not send it to us.
3. How we use and share information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries and schedule calls, to provide and bill for our services, to send communications you requested or that relate to our relationship with you, to operate, secure, and improve the website, to prevent spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We share information only with service providers that help us run Mast, with professional advisers, when required by law, or in a business transfer such as a merger or sale. They may use the information only to provide services to us. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Service providers we use and why
4. Cookies, analytics, and embedded content
Our analytics are designed not to use cookies or build profiles of individual visitors. The site may set strictly necessary cookies or similar storage for security and basic function, including Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms.
Some pages embed third-party content, such as a Cal.com scheduling widget or YouTube videos. Those providers may set their own cookies or collect data when you load or interact with the embed, under their own privacy policies. Cal.com and YouTube are the embeds currently in use.
We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals but honor the Global Privacy Control signal where required by law.
5. Email and newsletter communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or ask us to keep in touch, we will email you at the address you provide. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. We may still send transactional or relationship messages, such as scheduling confirmations and invoices.
Business outreach. We also send individual business-to-business emails to professionals whose business contact details we obtain from public sources or lead-data providers (for example Apollo), and we send them using Instantly and personalized video from Pitchlane. These messages identify us, state their purpose, include our mailing address (the P.O. box above), and offer a simple way to opt out. To opt out, reply "unsubscribe" or write to contact@maststrategy.com, and we will stop contacting you and keep your address on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.
6. Retention, security, and your choices
Retention. We keep inquiry and call-booking records while we are in contact and for 2 years afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records and billing records are kept as long as needed to deliver services and meet tax and legal requirements.
Security. We use reputable providers, access controls, and spam protection to safeguard information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to contact@maststrategy.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sales or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We will respond within the time the law requires, generally 45 days.
Children. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links. The site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Substack, YouTube, and Google. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes. We may update this policy and will change the "last updated" date when we do. Material changes will be noted on this page.
