Email that actually reaches the inbox.
Deliverability repair, email system setup, and list growth for nonprofits, ministries, and mission-driven businesses. Based in downtown Colorado Springs.
Every account, domain, and list stays in your name. We never lock you in.
The Email Dilemma
The pressure
Your email is the most direct line to donors and customers, and it may no longer be reaching them.
The confusion
Your platform says "delivered" but a donor says they never got it, and nobody explains what's broken or what to fix first.
The risk
Appeals landing in spam, a blacklisted domain, a list nobody is sure is clean, a vendor who left with the logins, and a board asking why giving is down.
The solution
You don't need more email. You need email that works, set up by someone who tells you what to fix first and hands you the keys.

Email works when it treats people as people.
They asked to hear from you, and you earn the right to stay in their inbox. A quality email program is also what mailbox providers reward.
Three things set us apart:
1. We do both halves. Most agencies write campaigns and assume the plumbing works. Most deliverability specialists fix the plumbing and stop there. We build the technical foundation and the strategy on top of it, so the two never work against each other.
2. We never buy lists or chase tricks. Healthy lists, clear consent, and messages worth opening are the only durable path to the inbox. If a tactic would put your domain at risk, we'll say so.
3. You own everything. Your domain, DNS, email platform account, list, templates, and reports are in your name from day one. We document what we did and why, so you can hire us, hire someone else, or run it yourself.
How it works: Diagnose, Build, Steward
Diagnose
1-2 weeks
We check how your email actually performs: authentication records, domain and sending reputation, list health, tracking, and where messages land at the major mailbox providers. You get a plain-English report with a prioritized fix list.
Build
2-4 weeks
We repair what's broken or set up what's missing: email hosting, domain authentication, DNS, your email platform, signup forms, tracking, and a careful warm-up for any new sending setup. Everything is documented and handed over.
Steward
Ongoing
We run and improve the program with you: list growth, ongoing strategy, a campaign calendar, analytics, and monthly evaluation. For a specific goal with a deadline, add a Campaign Design project. We watch deliverability as we go, so problems get caught early.
How we can help.
Email Deliverability Audit
For: anyone whose emails land in spam, or who isn't sure where they land.
• Authentication and DNS review (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for every domain and platform that sends on your behalf
• Sending reputation, blocklist, and inbox-placement checks
• List health and consent review
• Tracking and analytics review
• A written report with a prioritized fix list, and a 45-minute walkthrough call
If you hire us for the fixes, the audit fee will be a partial discount for further work.
Nonprofit pricing available.
Email System Setup
For new organizations, new domains, or anyone moving platforms.
• Email hosting and internal email (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, or the tool of your choice), configured securely
• Domain authentication and DNS cleanup, with the DNS account in your name
• Email platform selection and setup (we are platform-agnostic), including forms and list import
• Tracking and analytics foundations
• Warm-up plan for any new sending domain
• A handover document: logins, records, and what was configured and why
For outbound sending infrastructure for B2B teams see our Outbound section below. Quoted separately.
Nonprofit pricing available.
Email Growth System
For: organizations that want email to grow, not just work.
• List growth: signup placement, lead magnets, and sustainable acquisition, with no purchased lists
• Email strategy and a rolling campaign calendar
• Monthly analytics review and evaluation, with deliverability monitored throughout
• A monthly strategy call
Nonprofit pricing available.
Campaign Design
For: organizations with a specific goal and a deadline: year-end giving, a fundraiser or event, a product launch, a volunteer or membership drive.
• Goal, audience, and segment definition
• Campaign strategy and message arc
• Email sequence and send calendar
• Copy direction and drafts for every email
• Build and testing in your email platform, with tracking and segmentation
• A pre-launch deliverability check and launch-day support
• A results review with what to repeat next time
Works as a standalone project or alongside an Email Growth System. If your sending foundation isn't ready, we'll say so and start with the audit, because a great campaign sent from a damaged domain doesn't reach anyone.
Nonprofit pricing available.

What you can count on.
- You own it all. Domain, DNS, email platform account, list, templates, and data are registered in your name. We never hold your list or your logins hostage.
- Plain-English reporting. Every report says what we found, what it means, and what to do next, with no unexplained acronyms.
- A strong pairing of technical prowess, strategic insight, and creative energy.
What we won't do.
- No lock-in to us. Everything we build is documented. You can take it to another provider at any time, and we'll help you hand it off. Some email platforms require their own contracts, so we tell you the term, cost, and exit terms before you sign, and we never steer you toward a platform for our benefit.
- No purchased or scraped lists. Ever, for any client.
- We don't promise inbox placement. No honest provider can, because mailbox providers make that call. We promise to find and fix every cause within our control, and to show our evidence.
For good people doing good work.

Nonprofits and ministries.
Donor and supporter email is often your most reliable channel and your least maintained. We make sure appeals, newsletters, and receipts reach the people who gave, with a setup your staff or volunteers can run.

Colorado Springs small businesses.
Your invoices, quotes, and follow-ups need to land, and your own business email shouldn't land in spam. We fix the setup once and show you how to keep it healthy.

Values-driven businesses nationally.
If you care how you treat your customers, email should show it. We build programs that respect your audience and still grow the list.

Reaching new people by email? Check the fit first.
For some B2B companies, outbound email is a sound way to start conversations. For nonprofits asking for donations, it almost never is. Before we build anything, we'll tell you honestly whether outbound fits your offer and audience.
If it does, we set up the infrastructure properly: separate sending domains so your main domain stays safe, authenticated mailboxes, careful warm-up, and your sending tool configured to current mailbox-provider rules. Quoted separately as an add-on to Email System Setup.
Everything you need to know before starting
What is brand strategy, and how is it different from a logo?
A logo is how your brand looks. Brand strategy is what it means: your values, promises, culture, and personality, and how they show up in every interaction. We do the logo, colors, and typeface too, but only after the meaning is settled.
Do we need a brand strategy if we already have a logo?
Often yes, and often without a new logo. Many organizations have a logo and no shared answer to what the brand stands for. If your logo is working, we'll say so and leave it alone.
What is a brand audit, and what will it find?
We inventory the places your brand shows up, every version of your logo, voice, and message in circulation, and compare your internal documents with how people actually perceive you. Clients are usually surprised by how many versions of their brand exist and how differently people inside the organization describe it. You get a written report and a walkthrough call.
How does the workshop work?
It runs a minimum of two 3-hour sessions with the people who shape and carry your brand. We can come to your location, use one of our spaces in Colorado Springs, find a venue, or run it over Zoom. In person is better, and we're glad to travel.
How long does a brand strategy project take?
The workshop is a minimum of two 3-hour sessions. Total timelines depend on your team size and how much brand debt the audit turns up, so we give you a realistic estimate after the audit.
How much does brand strategy cost?
Starting prices: Brand Audit $2,900, Brand Strategy Workshop $5,300, Brand Alignment $900 a month, and Visual Identity $4,800. Final cost depends on team size and how much brand debt we find. Nonprofit pricing is available.
What is brand governance, and what does Brand Alignment do?
Brand governance is how an organization keeps its brand consistent as people, channels, and programs change. Brand Alignment is our version: a rolling audit of your touchpoints, a ranked list of the gaps between aspiration and reality, and steady work to close them.
Who designs our logo and visual identity?
An artist chosen for you, after the substance of your brand is settled. We don't apply one house style to every client. Artist and design costs are included in our proposals.
Can you research brand recognition and sentiment?
Sometimes. If your organization is large enough or has an adequate footprint, we can add market research on recognition and sentiment. We assess viability case by case and give you honest guidance either way. It's an add-on, quoted separately.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Yes. Nonprofit pricing is available; ask when you book.
Do you work with organizations outside Colorado Springs?
Yes. We work with mission-driven organizations nationwide, and we're glad to travel for workshops or run them remotely.
